Self-hatred is probably the worst kind of hatred that can be endured.
It's the immeasurable feeling that every single event is a direct result of your flaws. The inability to see situations any other way. The sneering and jeering thoughts that feast on and fester over any mistake made.

I hate and I just hate.
I make mistakes and can't ever forget or fully forgive.

I either sleep it off or don't sleep at all. What exquisite coping skills.
